Dry warehouse

STERH Corporation offers A-class dry warehouses for rent. Unlike rented areas, own warehouses allow us to provide most favorable conditions to our clients. The dry storage area is 140 000 m2.

We store, handle and provide other added services to different companies from the USA, the European Union, Korea, Japan, large Russian manufacturers. Trade companies use our warehouse as multifunctional distribution center.

Work at the warehouses is organized according to the most modern standards of warehouse logistics. Cargoes are handled by trained personnel, the warehouses are equipped with modern racks and reach trucks, the warehouse management system controls all physical movement of products.

Osinovaya Roshcha Logopark’s warehouse facility contain versatile storage with the area of 7 000 sq m. The cameras can work in dry, low and middle temperature conditions. This warehouse is particularly suitable for customers with a wide range of products.

One of our advantages is convenient location of warehouses. Proximity to the highways, the junction with the ring road allows to significantly increase the rate of freight turnover. Warehouses are working around the clock. There are parking lots for trucks and cars.
